Squash (Pumpkin) is also one of my fav plant in the garden. It regulates Blood Sugar, Lowers Cholesterol, Anti-Oxidant, Anti-Cancer, Healthy Heart, Anti Inflamatory, Highly Alkaline, Anti-Depresant . The vegetable is high in vitamins A, B6, and C. It is also rich in manganese, that helps the body’s ability to process fats and carbohydrates.I shared to my neighbors the tomatoes and pumpkins and they were all thankful and happy. Sharing is loving. Okra r lady’s fingers or gumbo is a flowering plant in themallow family with long ridged seed pods. It contains potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium. It has been suggested to help manage blood sugar in cases of type 1and 2 diabetes. Eggplants contain fiber, potassium,vitamin c and B6 It contain a red-blue flavonoid plant pigment called anthocyanin which hasbeen found to help with dropping blood pressuse significantly.Patola or Sigua or Sebot in Indiais eaten as a green vegetable in various dishes. Upo is called a bottle gourd in English because of it’s elongated shape. Simply saute it with ground beef and shrimp to makeginisang upo.Tomatoes are great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin K. Tomatoes are themajor dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. Squash Bitter Gourd orBitter Melon is an edible fruit, a tropical and subtropical vine. Bitter Melon notably contains phytonutrient, polypeptide-P, a plant insulin known to lower blood sugar level.

I wonder.I know there is a way to incorporate it in coffee drinks as pumpkin puree mixed with spice.I wonder if the same can be done with tea….would be a fun experiment.
